How long does each therapy session take?

A therapy session is generally 50 minutes long. Longer sessions may be available depending on a client's need.

Do I have to be Catholic or Christian to see a Catholic Christian Counselor? Do we have to talk about matters of faith? Will the counselor try to evangelize me to be Catholic?

No. No. And no. It is up to a counselor, as bound by our code of ethics, to respect, honor, and privilege every client's values, and not to impose our own values onto a client.

Do you take insurance?

At this time, the therapists at the center are not contracted with any insurance carriers. We recommend contacting your carrier to see if they will provide reimbursement to you for an out of network therapist. Even if they do not, they will often make an exception for a specific need, such as for a Catholic therapist.
